An Army soldier stationed at Fort Eustis in Newport News, Virginia, has been indicted on multiple federal charges related to child sexual abuse material.
According to court documents, 20-year-old Isaiah Luke Hood is accused of coercing several minors to produce sexually explicit content between March 2023 and January 2024. He is also charged with receiving child sexual abuse material between June 2023 and February 2024.

A federal grand jury indicted Hood on April 8 on six counts of production of child pornography, one count of receipt of child pornography, and two counts of coercion and enticement of minors. The indictment indicates Hood allegedly attempted to coerce six underage girls into creating illicit images and separately enticed two others.
Court documents also note that Hood used multiple aliases, including “Bristol,” “Wyatt,” and “Levi.” His listed address is at Fort Eustis, and he was arrested on April 10. He is currently being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
The indictment includes a forfeiture notice seeking any devices used in the production or distribution of the illegal material, as well as any profits derived from such activities.
The case is being prosecuted in the Eastern District of Virginia and was filed on April 8, 2025.
Hood is represented by attorney Daymen William Xavier Robinson of the Law Office of Daymen W. X. Robinson, PC. The United States is represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Devon Elise Alston Heath.
On April 8, the government filed a motion to seal the indictment. Magistrate Judge Douglas E. Miller granted the motion, ordering that the indictment and arrest warrant be unsealed at the time of Hood’s arrest, at which point they became public record. The indictment was returned and filed in open court that same day.
As of now, Hood remains in federal custody, and further details may emerge as the legal proceedings continue.
