A disturbing video circulating on TikTok appears to show a man publicly identified by the woman who recorded the footage as a Fort Bragg Soldier following her through a Dollar Tree while allegedly engaging in lewd sexual conduct in a public aisle.

The woman, who posts on TikTok under the username HoneyGalore, shared footage of the alleged encounter and has since posted multiple updates detailing her efforts to identify and report the man.
She has publicly identified the man as Musa Salagbi.
The Salty Soldier reviewed the footage and related social media posts. In separate identification-related imagery posted after the alleged incident, an individual is shown wearing a U.S. Army uniform with the surname “SALAGBI” visible on the name tape.
The uniform photograph does not depict the alleged Dollar Tree incident. The man shown in the store footage was wearing civilian clothing.
Additional online information reviewed by The Salty Soldier identifies a possible full name of Musa Ajay Salagbi. A LinkedIn profile indexed by Google under the name Musa Salagbi identifies the profile owner as a U.S. Army professional in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and describes more than five years of Army service as a 42A human resources specialist.
The LinkedIn profile was not publicly accessible when The Salty Soldier attempted to review it directly, although its Army-related description remained indexed in Google search results.
The publicly indexed professional profile and uniform imagery are consistent with the woman’s claim that a person named Musa Salagbi serves in the Army. However, The Salty Soldier has not independently confirmed that Musa Ajay Salagbi is the man depicted in the Dollar Tree footage or that he is currently assigned to Fort Bragg.
Army officials had not responded to a request for comment at the time of publication.
Woman Says Man Followed Her Through Store
In video reviewed by The Salty Soldier, a man in civilian clothing can be seen standing in a Dollar Tree aisle with his genitals exposed.
The woman recording the incident alleges the man was following her through the store while masturbating.
The footage has since circulated on TikTok, where social media users began attempting to identify the man.
In a subsequent post, the woman shared photographs she said were connected to the individual depicted in the video. One image shows a Soldier in a U.S. Army uniform with the surname “SALAGBI” displayed on his chest.
The photograph was posted separately and was not taken during the alleged incident.
When a commenter asked whether the man’s name was Phil, the TikTok creator responded, “his name Musa Salagbi.”
The woman’s identification of Salagbi has not been independently confirmed by the Army or civilian law enforcement.
Alleged Messages Ask Woman to Remove Video and Offer Money
The woman later posted screenshots of messages she represents as communications from the individual involved in the alleged encounter.
In one screenshot, the sender appears to ask the woman to remove the video, apologizes for what happened and offers to pay her following the experience.
“Hello can you please take that video down I am incredibly sorry that happen to you and will pay on behalf of that experience,” the message states.
The sender then wrote, “Anything.”
After the woman responded, “I knew I would find you,” the sender allegedly referenced money again.
The Salty Soldier has not independently authenticated the account that sent the messages or confirmed that Musa Salagbi was the sender.
The screenshots were included in the woman’s continuing public account of the alleged incident and her efforts to identify the man.
The Salty Soldier asked Army officials whether Salagbi’s command is aware of the alleged communications, including the apparent request to remove the video and offer of money.
Woman Says Police Spoke With Her About Filing Report
The TikTok creator said in a subsequent update that police had spoken with her about filing a report concerning the incident.
“The police finally came to speak with me about filing my report on the guy following me in dollar tree masturbating,” text displayed over one of her videos states.
The woman also publicly announced her intention to contact the airborne division and report the alleged incident to Army officials.
She has since indicated publicly that she communicated with the Army regarding the allegations.
The woman’s public statements do not identify which civilian law enforcement agency spoke with her.
The Salty Soldier reviewed publicly available Cumberland County booking information but had not located a booking for Musa Salagbi at the time of publication.
The absence of a publicly located booking does not establish that no civilian or military investigation is underway, nor does it indicate whether charges could later be filed.
The Salty Soldier Seeks Answers From Army
The Salty Soldier contacted Army public affairs seeking confirmation of Salagbi’s identity, military status and assignment.
The Army was specifically asked whether Musa Salagbi is a U.S. Army Soldier assigned to Fort Bragg, the 82nd Airborne Division or another Fort Bragg-based command.
The Salty Soldier also asked whether Salagbi’s command had been notified of the alleged incident and whether the Army had initiated a preliminary inquiry, command-directed investigation, administrative action or referral to military law enforcement.
Army officials were additionally asked whether the matter had been reported or referred to the Army Office of Special Trial Counsel for a determination regarding whether the alleged conduct falls within its jurisdiction.
OSTC told The Salty Soldier that the office was not aware of the incident and declined to comment further.
The publication also asked whether Army officials are aware of the alleged messages posted by the woman, including the apparent request that she remove the video and an offer of money.
The Salty Soldier further asked whether the Army is coordinating with civilian law enforcement and whether any interim administrative or duty-related action has been taken while the allegations are reviewed.
After locating additional online information identifying a possible full name of Musa Ajay Salagbi, The Salty Soldier sent Army officials an addendum containing the possible full name and information from the Google-indexed LinkedIn result to assist officials in identifying the Soldier referenced in the inquiry.
The Salty Soldier made clear to Army officials that the possible full name and third-party online information had not been independently confirmed by the Army.
Fort Bragg and Army public affairs had not yet responded to The Salty Soldier‘s request for comment as of publication. The inquiry was sent late Tuesday evening.
Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Contacted
The Salty Soldier also contacted the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office seeking to determine whether the agency received a report concerning the alleged incident or is investigating the allegations.
The publication called the Sheriff’s Office and left a voicemail with a public information officer, seeking comment.
The Salty Soldier subsequently sent a written media inquiry to the Sheriff’s Office’s public information office containing the alleged individual’s name and the circumstances depicted in the circulating footage.
The Sheriff’s Office was asked whether it had received an indecent exposure or public sexual conduct report involving Musa Salagbi or Musa Ajay Salagbi, whether an incident or offense report had been generated and whether the agency is currently investigating the matter.
The Sheriff’s Office was also asked whether Salagbi had been interviewed, cited, charged, arrested or identified as a suspect or person of interest in connection with the allegations.
Additionally, The Salty Soldier asked whether the matter had been referred to another law enforcement agency or coordinated with military authorities at Fort Bragg.
No response from the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office had been received as of publication.
UCMJ Criminalizes Indecent Exposure
Article 120c of the Uniform Code of Military Justice criminalizes indecent exposure when a person intentionally exposes their genitalia in an indecent manner.
The UCMJ defines an “indecent manner” as conduct amounting to a form of immorality relating to sexual impurity that is grossly vulgar, obscene and repugnant to common propriety.
The existence of the circulating footage does not, by itself, establish that Musa Salagbi committed an offense under the UCMJ.
Whether the man depicted in the footage is Salagbi and whether the alleged conduct satisfies the elements of a military or civilian criminal offense are matters for the appropriate investigative and prosecutorial authorities.
The Salty Soldier has requested confirmation and comment from the Army and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.
The publication will update this story if Fort Bragg, the Soldier’s command, the Army Office of Special Trial Counsel, civilian law enforcement or the woman who recorded the incident provides additional information.
