Intelligence officer claims soldier who was found dead in Cybertruck was attempting to release classified information

The story surrounding the Special Forces soldier found dead in a Cybertruck that exploded outside the Trump Las Vegas Hotel has taken a dramatic turn, with new information suggesting he was attempting to flee the country.

Matthew Livelsberger, the soldier in question, allegedly sent an email to Sam Shoemate, a former Army intelligence officer, claiming he was planning to release classified information that could “change the course of history.”

The Contact

Shoemate stated that his first interaction with Livelsberger occurred on Instagram, where a burner account left multiple comments urging him to “check his DMs.” This led to an email sent via Proton Mail—an encrypted email service—by someone identifying themselves as Livelsberger. Recognizing Livelsberger’s name in the news following the explosion, Shoemate turned the email over to the FBI.

“I knew taking this public would throw me into the ‘glowy boi’ conspiracy cycle, especially since I’m an intelligence officer,” Shoemate explained. “But I had no choice. The guy dumped this in my inbox. When I saw his name in the news, I knew I had to turn it over to the feds. I also knew the FBI wouldn’t release it—or at least not without spinning their own agenda.”

When asked about the email’s authenticity, Shoemate expressed confidence. “Considering he emailed me and also sent a message on Signal that matches other leaked messages showing someone changing his safety number after his death, I’m pretty confident.”

Shoemate revealed that Livelsberger’s email indicated he wanted to contact Ryan, Fox News, and Pete Hegseth, President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense. However, Shoemate declined to assist him. Shortly after rejecting the request, Shoemate posted a cryptic message on X (formerly Twitter):

“My inbox was especially eventful today,” he wrote on New Year’s Eve. “Allegations of war crimes, government anti-gravity tech, and fears about being tracked by the feds. It’s always ‘the world is ending, and I have critical info to leak,’ and never ‘how you doing, brother? Everything alright?’”

The Email

Livelsberger’s alleged email claims the U.S. and China have developed gravity propulsion technology and even provides details about the location where the U.S. government allegedly stores it.

The location he provided for the US government’s secret facility:

The Explosion

The day after the Cybertruck explosion, Shoemate was contacted in a military-related group chat by a friend asking if he knew anything about the driver, later identified as Livelsberger.

“I’m fing shaking, bro,” Shoemate responded in a voice note. “You don’t understand. This guy emailed me and told me he was being watched by the FBI and Homeland Security, but they wouldn’t touch him because he had a VBIED [Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Device]. I’m not fing playing, dude. I have the email. I’m shaking, man. This is nuts.”

Skepticism and Criticism

Despite the claims, critics—including Livelsberger’s uncle—remain skeptical of the FBI’s narrative. They argue that Livelsberger, a seasoned soldier with 19 years in Special Forces, would not have used fireworks and camping supplies to create a rudimentary VBIED.

His uncle believes if Matt truly intended to make an explosive device, it wouldn’t have been some amateur setup.

The Classified Claims

Livelsberger’s claims reportedly included allegations about China possessing gravity propulsion systems. While such assertions might seem far-fetched, the U.S. has long faced similar accusations. Speculation about anti-gravity technology has persisted for decades, fueled by individuals like Dr. Steven Greer.

In May 2001, Dr. Greer held a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, featuring over 20 former military witnesses who testified about UAP/UFO sightings and secret military programs. Greer claims to have briefed sitting U.S. presidents and senior government officials and has identified over 700 high-level government and corporate whistleblowers willing to testify about the UFO/ET issue.

In 2004, Greer published an article in World Affairs: The Journal of International Issues, alleging that the U.S. military-industrial complex had secretly sponsored the development of advanced technologies, including anti-gravity propulsion. He further claimed these technologies have not been made available for public benefit.

Anti-Gravity Speculation

Dr. Greer has long suggested that reverse engineering recovered extraterrestrial vehicles has enabled the development of anti-gravity propulsion. However, branches of the military and defense agencies have consistently denied such claims.

In his recent documentary series, Disclosure, Greer posits that shadow governments may exploit this technology to stage a fake alien invasion, intending to divide, disrupt, and distract humanity from achieving global peace.

He believes the recent UAP disclosures by the U.S. government, including the Congressional hearings featuring officials now affiliated with the “To the Stars Academy,” are not genuine efforts to reveal information about extraterrestrial technologies. Instead, he views them as part of a broader strategy to prepare the public for a staged alien invasion, ultimately designed to justify increased funding for the military-industrial complex and a fabricated war.
