An active-duty Army sergeant assigned to Fort Bragg who was previously exposed for promoting adult content and advertising paid encounters online continues to publicly market similar material across multiple social media platforms — including posts made within the past 24 hours.
The soldier, Sergeant Yessica Nunez Melendez, has operated online profiles used to promote explicit adult videos and subscription-based content through social media accounts and private messaging platforms.
Public profiles connected to those accounts direct followers to a paid subscription page charging approximately $24.99 per month for access to adult video content. The profiles have also promoted additional material through private messages and advertised payment options including Cash App and PayPal.

Recent posts continue directing users to those paid platforms while promoting the account through lingerie imagery, suggestive captions, and links encouraging followers to subscribe.
Portions of this investigation — including additional evidence and screenshots — cannot be displayed here due to platform restrictions. The full uncensored report is available at TheSaltySoldierUncensored.com.
In one recent post circulating in an online forum, the soldier appears wearing an Army combat uniform while taking a mirror selfie.
The caption reads:
“Mission top secret destination unknown…”
The wording appears to reference a claim the soldier previously made after being confronted about the activity — that the online advertisements were part of a covert mission or investigative operation.
No documentation or evidence has ever been produced supporting that claim.
The Online Activity That Triggered the Investigation
The situation first came to light in early January when The Salty Soldier documented an online account that openly promoted adult services while claiming a connection to Fort Bragg.
The account frequently interacted with users in military-themed online communities while referencing duty schedules, ranks, and Army terminology.
In one exchange, another user asked:
“Tell me you’re on Eustis.”
The account replied:
“Bragg.”
Users who engaged with the account were instructed to move conversations to a private messaging platform, where a digital price list was distributed outlining categories of paid adult content and related services.
Screenshots reviewed by The Salty Soldier showed that list included various forms of paid video content, bundles of recorded material, and custom requests promoted through private messages.
Some listings advertised content for relatively small payments, while other entries promoted additional services and custom material.
Payment instructions directed users to send money through Cash App and PayPal, after which buyers would receive access to the requested content or further instructions through private messages.
Promotional images associated with the activity depicted a woman wearing revealing lingerie and a U.S. Army cavalry-style Stetson hat, an item commonly associated with cavalry units.
The subject’s face was not visible in the image.
The Sergeant’s Explanation
After the original investigation was published on January 7, 2026, the individual behind the accounts contacted The Salty Soldier directly.
In messages sent to the publication, she claimed the activity was part of a covert operation she could not explain publicly.
She wrote that she was “overseas on mission” and insisted the advertisements were intentionally misleading in order to attract individuals as part of that operation.
She also warned that continued reporting could interfere with the effort.
“I follow and applaud what you do,” she wrote. “I’m just asking nicely to remove this because it will mess up my investigation and I will be relocated.”
When asked to provide documentation verifying the mission — including orders, command authorization, or confirmation from a government agency — no such documentation was provided.
Instead, when The Salty Soldier contacted the messaging account associated with the profile, the same account immediately sent the price list advertising paid adult services.
The explanation offered by the soldier was not supported by any evidence reviewed by the publication.
The Army Confirms the Soldier
Following the reporting, Fort Bragg Public Affairs confirmed that the individual in question was an active-duty soldier assigned to the installation.
A spokesperson told The Salty Soldier:
“We can confirm that the individual in question is an active-duty soldier assigned to Fort Bragg. The unit has been notified and will begin an investigation.”
At the time, The Salty Soldier elected not to publish the soldier’s name while the Army review was pending.
The Investigation Appears to Stall
In a follow-up update published on February 1, 2026, the Army stated that it did not currently have an active administrative or investigative case involving the soldier.
Army representatives acknowledged that the matter had been reviewed and that legal counsel had been consulted.
During that process, officials asked The Salty Soldier for additional information in order to determine whether a sufficient connection could be established between the soldier and the online accounts.
The Army did not disclose:
• what evidence had been reviewed
• whether investigators examined the publicly available accounts
• whether monetized subscription platforms were evaluated
• what standards were applied in reaching the determination
On Monday, in response to questions from the publication, a spokesperson for the division said:
“The command is aware of the allegations against a soldier assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. The matter is under active investigation and pending adjudication. The allegations do not represent the values of Division.”
The statement confirms that the allegations involving Sergeant Yessica Nunez Melendez are currently under active investigation by the command.
The Activity Did Not Disappear
Even as some original posts were deleted, the activity did not stop.
Instead, new accounts appeared posting similar material while linking back to the same network of social media profiles used to promote the paid platform.
Several captions referenced military life and Fort Bragg.
In one post, the account wrote:
“Waiting for this ‘snow’ at Bragg.”
In another caption, the account referenced completing physical training before posting new promotional content.
Activity Continues Today
As of this week, profiles associated with the activity remain active.
Recent posts continue directing followers to the paid subscription platform and promoting adult content through social media.
The newest post — showing the soldier in uniform referencing a “top secret mission” — was published within the past two days.
The Army has not publicly commented on the newest activity.
The Salty Soldier will update this story if additional verified information becomes available.
