LVPD Report: FBI took Green Beret’s writings and classified them under ‘national security’

A newly surfaced law-enforcement disclosure has revealed that the FBI seized what it described as a “manifesto” written by an active-duty Green Beret, citing national-security concerns.

The document — recovered by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department after the January 1, 2025 explosion of a rented Tesla Cybertruck outside the Trump International Hotel Las Vegas — was taken by the FBI, according to the After Action Report released by the LVMPD on November 3.

The Incident

Master Sergeant Matthew Alan Livelsberger, 37, was an active-duty member of the 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group, stationed in Germany.

On New Year’s Day, he drove the rented Tesla, detonated explosives, and fatally shot himself moments before the blast, according to authorities.

Investigators found a six- to eight-page document believed to be written by Livelsberger. Authorities have refused to release it, citing Department of War interests that involve operations or material that could “endanger personnel overseas.”

The FBI also stated the document posed “national security risks” and withheld portions “out of an abundance of caution.”

What Livelsberger Claimed — and Why It Matters

Livelsberger’s writing wasn’t incoherent. It was structured, deliberate — and filled with explosive accusations.

He claimed involvement in a 2019 airstrike in Nimruz Province, Afghanistan, where civilians were killed and the event quietly buried. That claim alone hits deep for veterans — the kind of battlefield guilt and classified silence that stays with a man long after the fight.

But the rest of his writing was even more shocking.

He claimed the U.S. and China were already experimenting with “gravitic propulsion systems” and submarine-launched drones capable of maneuvers beyond known physics.

To most civilians, that sounds insane. But to those paying attention to recent congressional hearings, military whistleblowers, and declassified footage — it’s not as far-fetched as it used to be.

The “Tic Tac” and the UAP Record

In 2004, Navy pilots from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz intercepted what they called a “Tic Tac” — a white, wingless object capable of accelerating and maneuvering in ways that defied aerodynamics.

Commander David Fravor and Lieutenant Commander Alex Dietrich both testified that the object had no visible propulsion, no wings, and could drop tens of thousands of feet in seconds.

Radar operators confirmed the encounter. The Pentagon later released infrared video showing exactly what they described — something that shouldn’t be possible.

Fast forward to 2023, when Congress held a hearing on “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs)”.

Former intelligence officer David Grusch testified under oath that the U.S. has recovered “non-human biologics” from crash sites and runs secret retrieval and reverse-engineering programs.

Sitting beside him were former Navy pilots Ryan Graves and Fravor, recounting encounters logged by military radar and camera systems.

These weren’t conspiracy theorists. They were decorated servicemen.

The Disclosure Legacy

The conversation didn’t start there.

Back in 2001, Dr. Steven Greer, founder of The Disclosure Project, gathered over 20 former military, intelligence, and FAA personnel at the National Press Club.

They testified under oath about suppressed programs involving advanced propulsion, energy systems, and recovered craft.

At the time, mainstream media largely dismissed the event — and just a few months later, the September 11th attacks shifted the nation’s focus entirely. Overnight, every major outlet turned toward terrorism and war. Stories about hidden aerospace programs, however credible, disappeared from the headlines.

Two decades later, much of what those witnesses claimed — secret retrieval programs, compartmentalized funding, and government silence — is now being discussed openly in congressional hearings.

Livelsberger’s “gravitic propulsion” language mirrors much of what Greer’s witnesses described.

High-Level Validation: Mellon, Burchett, and Others

Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence Christopher Mellon has repeatedly warned that the U.S. government may be concealing evidence of craft “performing maneuvers that no known nation can replicate.”

He’s urged Congress to demand transparency from “black programs” buried deep within defense contracting and special-access compartments.

Congressman Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.), one of the most vocal lawmakers on the issue, has claimed officials told him of “craft as large as a football field moving underwater at hundreds of miles per hour.”

Burchett introduced the UAP Transparency Act, demanding full public disclosure of all government-held documents related to unidentified aerial and underwater phenomena.

Together, these statements add real-world weight to Livelsberger’s claims. What once sounded like science fiction is now being discussed on Capitol Hill and in the Pentagon’s own briefings.

“When you line up a Special Forces operator’s dying words with statements from intelligence insiders and sitting members of Congress — you start to wonder if the secret isn’t the story, but the system built to bury it.”

Why the FBI Took Control

If Livelsberger’s document referenced:

  • classified propulsion or weapons programs,
  • covert drone operations, or
  • unacknowledged civilian casualties —

then it wasn’t just a suicide note. It was a breach of national secrecy.

The FBI’s move to seize it makes sense legally — but symbolically, it speaks volumes.
When a Green Beret’s final message is sealed in the name of “national security,” it begs an uncomfortable question:

What are they really protecting — the nation, or the narrative?
