The Army has updated its Body Composition Program in recent years, replacing the old multi-point tape test with a more streamlined single abdominal circumference measurement. Under Army Regulation 600-9, the maximum allowable body fat percentages range from 20% to 36%, based on age and gender. Soldiers who do not meet these standards are enrolled in the ABCP for structured fitness and nutrition support.
Turner has made a name for herself on TikTok not just as a uniformed service member, but as a content creator who loves to eat and cook. Her videos frequently show her whipping up meals or reviewing food.
