A former Army captain has shared her journey of leaving behind a high-pressure corporate career in Virginia to embrace a new lifestyle in Florida.
After years of working in the corporate world, she decided to make a major life change, moving to the Sunshine State to prioritize her well-being and family.
The mother of two described her previous position as a “stressful corporate city job” and expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to now enjoy “the best life/salt life” in Florida.
“I’m taking a short hiatus from being a career woman and enjoying what Florida has to offer,” she shared.
This hiatus not only allowed her to unwind but also inspired her to open up about her personal life. She began sharing stories about her time in the Army and her open relationship with her husband, aiming to connect with others and build a community of paid subscribers.
Around four years ago, she began posting photos of herself in her old Army uniform, as well as sharing images and anecdotes from her time on active duty, including moments from her combat deployments overseas.
